The trailer is 8.5m in length and 3m depth. The trailer can be hired as a dry hire only (just the trailer) or as a fully working food trailer. It can be used for events such as brand activation and food tasting sessions.
The trailer has been kitted out with a full commercial kitchen which includes 3 griddles, 2 fryers and refrigeration. Cooking staff can also be provided as part of the hire.
